Kip has been part of the home furnishings industry for over 22 years. He previously co-owned and operated three custom drapery and interior design studios in Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee, managing projects from in-home consultations through final installation. During this time, Kip’s work was featured in numerous magazines and newspapers, and he also assisted in launching several interior design stores across the country.

After successfully selling his businesses, Kip transitioned to the wholesale side of the industry, where he has spent the past decade as a manufacturer’s representative. His passion has always been helping independent retailers and designers succeed.

With firsthand experience in retail, interior design, installations, residential and commercial projects, and the realities of running a design business, Kip understands the challenges his clients face every day.

Tim has been part of the home furnishings industry for over 22 years. He previously co-owned and operated three custom drapery and interior design studios in Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee, working alongside Kip to manage projects ranging from design consultations to installation.

For the past 10 years, Tim has continued working with Kip on the wholesale side of the industry, assisting at markets and supporting clients while traveling throughout the territory.

In addition to his work in home furnishings, Tim is a top real estate professional in the Memphis area. With a real estate career spanning more than 28 years, he has renovated and flipped nearly 100 homes and currently owns and manages multiple rental properties. His experience in real estate, renovation, and property management gives him a unique perspective on both design and functionality.

Known for his visionary thinking, attention to detail, and personable nature, Tim has never met a stranger. He manages our Hospitality Division and is always happy to assist in any way possible.
